Eugen Sandow (1867 - 1925)

Todas las cosas tienen un principio, en realidad muy pocas cosas se pueden considerar como nuevas, en el caso del culturismo o bodybuilding es Eugen Sandow, de origen prusiano, quien tiene el honor de ser considerado su padre, aunque él tenía como referencia las estatuas griegas.
